Welcome to Emmanuel Baptist’s Student Ministries website. We call ourselves SOJOURN because sojourn means to ‘temporarily stay’ and we have no idea how many times or how long you will be with us but we are psyched you dropped by!
Our goal is to create a safe place for Middle and High School students to feel welcome and at ease to be themselves while learning about the eternal love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ!
We believe Jesus died for us to give us a chance to change and follow Him! So come out and see what we are all about!
Route 56~ This is a program designed specifically for 5th & 6th grade students that meets on Sunday mornings from 10-1130am. This is not your typical sunday school program since we have a awesome games, crazy videos, a full band, and interactive teaching. Come out and see what we have to offer! Remember that every 1st sunday Route 56 does not meet because the church does communion and we are invited to take part in that.
Chaos~The name says it all. Middle School is a crazy time and we have program that mirrors the insanity of a Middle Schoolers life. We are high octane with games, moments of zen videos, loud teaching, and intense small groups. We meet every Tuesday night from 7-820(ish)
Elevate~Our high school group currently meets on Sunday nights from 7-820(ish). Come out for laid back night of hanging out, funny games, and challenging ourselves to elevate our understanding of who God is and how can live out our faith.
